visit us

Sundays at Oxclose are relaxed, friendly and inspiring as we seek to learn more about God, experience Him in our lives, and be sent out to transform the world with hope.

Our Sunday services start at 10:15am and last around1hr - 1hr 15mins in total. You can arrive at any time and we have refreshments available both before and after the service.

Our service starts with a time of musical worship (approx 15mins), followed by a reading from the Bible. We then hear the Sunday sermon, usually from our Church Leader, Gav, which usually lasts around 20-25mins. After this we have a response song before being led in prayer as a Church. The service then finishes with some family news before you're free to stick around afterwards for a coffee and a chat.

children & youth

After the first session of worship, our children and young people go out (separately) to go and take part in various fun and interesting activities.

These are usually overseen by Neil, our Emerging Generations Lead, with support from DBS-checked volunteers. If you'd rather, you are more than welcome to keep your children with you throughout the service.  One of our Church values is "family for everyone" - we love having kids with us in Church so don't worry if they're a little noisy!

If you're not sure about attending in-person, or it's not very easy for you to make it to visit, why not join us from the comfort of your own home?!

Every Sunday service is streamed live to our Facebook page. You can be a part of the service from your own smartphone, laptop or smart TV (and you don't even have to get ready!).

If you're attending Church from home, we'd love to hear from you in the live chat. You'll probably hear from our Digital Engagement Lead, Rob, who regularly messages in the chat during the service.
